Acid Regeneration Treatment Equipment
The pickling process in the iron and steel industry uses strong acid to remove the oxide scale on the metal surface. The whole process is cumbersome, and if the acid solution after pickling is not handled properly, it will easily cause serious pollution to the environment. The average daily processing capacity of waste acid of this equipment can reach up to 13.6 tons per day, and the continuous processing 24 hours a day requires about 2160 kWh of electricity. Calculated on the basis of 0.6/kWh of industrial electricity, the average cost of treating one ton of waste acid is only 95.3 yuan, which can save 1/3 of the new acid compared to before using the equipment, and part of the cost can be recovered through transfer crystallization. Taking sulfuric acid as an example, if 13.6 tons of waste sulfuric acid is processed in one day, about 4 tons of pure acid-water mixture can be recovered, and about 4.8 tons of unsaturated pickling solution can be recovered. Ferrous sulfate is about 4.8 tons. Among them, the pure acid-water mixture and the unsaturated pickling solution can be continuously used for pickling when mixed with new sulfuric acid and water, and thus circulate.

Evaporation Equipment
